Edward began his career onboard superyachts working for some of the world’s most discerning clients, finding health & fitness to be a common passion amongst all of them. Starting Gym Marine at 24 has been his proudest achievement yet, and today we are striving to become world leaders in our field.

GUY ROYFFE
Sales Director
Growing up with a zest for sport and the outdoors, Guy’s biggest passion was the sea, in particular yachting. Fast forward to today and he is based in Venice and working with superyachts. He specialises in identifying and building new relationships within the yachting sector, along with maintaining and curating existing ones. He provides business intelligence to help create and pitch services to our clients’ specific needs.
No surprise with his love for the sea, indoor rowing machines are Guy’s favourite piece of gym equipment . In particular, the Waterrower with its stylish design and water flywheel.Â
ZOE THOMAS
Client Relations
A passion for meeting new people, developing relationships and problem solving, Zoe is the number one port of call for clients with queries or issues. She provides customer support and care both during and after the sales process. Another aspect of her role is business development, with a particular focus on the residential market by building relationships and working with interior designers.
Zoe loves classes, with HIIT as her all-time favourite, due to its variation. Plus it’s an excuse to use all sort of gym accessories such as slam balls, plyo boxes and her least favourite, battle ropes!
MEGAN DICKERSON

Associate Director – Sales & MarketingÂ
Within her sales role, Megan works on both residential and Superyacht projects, preparing in-depth proposals for clients based around their specific fitness requirements. She is instrumental in setting strategy for the sales and marketing departments and is manager of the UK Office.Â
Her favourite piece of gym equipment is a self-powered treadmill, even though she loves to hate it!
